How MNMLST Helped Pisac Bistro Boost Engagement On Social

When Pisac Bistro was opening it’s second location, their Head of Marketing Francesca Galleno knew they needed some compelling content to stand out in the market. Her vision was for Pisac Bistro as a brand to present itself as a high-end dining experience but that is also welcoming and accessible to a younger demographic of foodies. Specializing in delicious Peruvian cuisine, Pisac delivers a fresh take on these traditional dishes with stunning plating and visuals.

Francesca is responsible for the restaurant group’s social media strategy and execution and is the main content creator for the brand. But she knows that food of this caliber and presentation needed that extra “oomf” to promote their brand new Oakville, ON location.

What we delivered: were 5 high quality, 4K, short-form vertical videos for use on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube shorts. With bright colours, dynamic movement, and beautiful soft lighting to best bring this food to life.

Along with that, Pisac also received all of the finished footage in individual 4K clips as well as high-resolution food photos to ensure they could repurpose these content assets in their content creation framework going forward.
